Managed service pricing is based on a price per Virtual Machine (VM) per month for a number of standard service bundles, which are available for 10 hours / 5 days per week, 24 hours / 5 days and 24 hours / 7days. We will then tailor our managed service to your exact support needs whether they are first line, second line, third line or the operation of your entire organisation.
